The clinical application of modern bioceramics has evolved beyond simple prosthetic restorations. Today, Zirconia is successfully utilized as a primary dental implant material, enabling a comprehensive, metal-free restoration concept. However, the inherent material properties of zirconia, coupled with patient-specific anatomical challenges, demand a higher level of surgical precision. This case study examines the clinical journey of a patient with metal sensitivities and limited bone density, highlighting the transition from traditional protocols to a guided zirconia implant placement using the ITX Universal Guided Kit.
